Classic British Shorthair and Longhair Cat
Love of Brits breed the Classic British short/longhair cats that are known for the Cheshire smile, rich plush undercoat and gorgeous copper or amber eyes. These cats are low maintenance, mild mannered and considered at times standoffish. The last trait depends on how well the kittens are socialized.
Golden British Shorthair and Longhair Cat
Another variation of British cats that we breed is short and longhair cats of precious Golden colors. This variation is underrepresented in the United States. The Golden Brits were created by a cross of the Classic British cats to either Exotic or Persian cats to add the gorgeous gold to their plush coats. As a result, the temperament of this variety is gentler. These cats love attention and can be somewhat clingy. These unusual beauties have green eyes. The points (white coat with other colors on the ears, nose and tail) have blue eyes.

First-Time Pet Parent Experience
Before we met Luda, my husband and I were just starting to seriously consider getting a cat. I had fallen in love with British Longhair cats after following the famous @smoothythecat on social media, but I was also open to adopting from a shelter. On the very first day of our search, we visited a local shelter. While we were greeted by many friendly cats, one hissed at me as I was petting it, which made me a bit hesitant about interacting with others.

Smooth Adoption Process and superior support
Luda was so wonderful to work with! I found her contact information online and she was so responsive, gave me a the information I needed about Rosie, and answered all of my questions. I was even able to meet both of them to make sure Rosie and I were compatible before adopting her!
The adoption process was very smooth, and Luda kept in touch afterward to make sure Rosie was adjusting well. Rosie came to us exactly like Luda described: shy, but took to us so quickly and is our ever present loving shadow.
